Introduction to running for new-comers or those looking to get started again after a period of inactivity.

What does the package include?

  • Depending on your current fitness level we can either follow an 8 week plan or a 16 week plan
  • Three face-to-face sessions
  • An initial assessment and chat to go through the plan
  • On-going support via phone and email
  • Nutrition and kit advice

Where do sessions take place?

We can work out locations that are convenient for you to get to and are suitable for your ability.

When do sessions take place?

We can work out date and times to suit your schedule. Sessions are generally available between 6am to 9pm.
