Face-to-face coaching sessions working on form and technique to improve running economy and reduce injury risk.
What happens in coaching?
- You'll get an hour long session including warm up, main session and warm down
- On first session we'll have a short chat to discuss your goals
- Sessions will be centred around your goals
- Basic training plan to keep with outside of sessions
- Nutrition and kit advice
- On-going form assessment and technique tips
How much are sessions?
If purchasing more than one session you can get a discount.
- 1-5 sessions - £30 / session
- 5-9 sessions - £28 / session
- 10+ sessions - £25 / session
Where do sessions take place?
Your goals may have an impact on where your sessions will take place but we can work out locations that are convenient for you to get to.
When do sessions take place?
We can work out date and times to suit your schedule. Sessions are generally available between 6am to 9pm.
